A few days ago, you received the video announcing the launch of our Group employee survey that will open on February, 10. I hope you have watched it and are enthusiastic to participate in this new and important initiative.I’m personally glad we are doing this survey. It is an additional opportunity to better know what you think about and how you perceive your working environment. Your participation is key. Your answers will further help identifying and understanding what is important to you. Together we will be able to initiate relevant actions in your team, in your site and even at the scale of Conductix-Wampfler. We have chosen to call the survey “WEshare”, because it highlights that we want to listen to you and what you have to share, and then follow up by giving you an insight into the global results. Sharing is essential to progress together and to successfully face our challenges: As I already stated in the video, your input is key for building our way forward.The survey is absolutely confidential. No one will have access to any individual responses and results will only be displayed in an aggregated form.
